Around 3,000 inpatients and around 30,000 outpatients are annualy treated at our Department of Otorhinolaryngology, Head and Neck Surgery and more than 2,000 operations are performed within a year.
With our 48 beds, we offer a broad spectrum of diagnostics and therapy for all ear, nose and throat related diseases. Starting with hearing disorders in newborns, treatment with conventional hearing aids and middle ear as well as inner ear implants, tonsillectomies, nasal and paranasal sinus operations, snoring operations, operations on the anterior and lateral skull base, complex tumor resections with elaborate reconstructions are also performed. We also offer and carry out the diagnosis and surgical treatment of salivary gland and thyroid diseases.
In addition to our clinical routine, we offer a comprehensive range of further training courses (congresses, surgical courses, teaching events) for colleagues and students.
